The old app was a bit clunky but this new version is great - super fast to load and easy to shop with

It looks like they’ve fixed some of the shortcomings of the old app, this one is super easy to use and super fast. Love grabbing my new designs on this!

The nail wrap products are great and I have ordered from them a few times before - but the app is terrible!
Tried to pay with PayPal - doesn’t work
Now paid with card - it’s showing as pending order but bank shows as paid
App is glitchy and slow - such a shame

Great products but LOUSY APP
I only downloaded the app because I live the nail products. However the app makes it difficult to make a purchase , does not allow to write a review - it takes you to shopping page when you try, or connect to social media, for which it offers loyalty points. It also misses some points that it says you would get, but then they disappear.
It keeps crashing and does not save the basket if a notification from another app pops up, allows you to choose your favourites to save for later but there’s no space you can find them
Hard to communicate with a real person in customer service via app as well. I wish the app matched the product quality. The app needs to go back to the drawing room

Love Holy Grail products but this App is very poor.
Very clunky and slow.
Unclear if orders are placed/processed so so you send again. Then it’s duplicated and cannot rectify.
Does not allow communication, asks for human verification but does not give you a method for doing this
Best just using regular websites, though thats not great either.

Google credentials not available on app
Love the products. I keep trying to sign into my account using the app, but unfortunately the app does not give the option to log in with google account credentials so am unable to use the app. If this could be fixed, that would be great.
