Don’t bother playing if you not spending money. The big spender will cyber bully you and taking the fun out of the game. Developer doesn’t care either they just want your money.
Ad was more fun
Honestly I enjoyed playing the ad game than the actual game, almost like I was playing a unique tower defence game

Falsely suspended account
The game started out great and familiar to other war games I play such as Top War. However, out of the blue, my account was permanently suspended with no explanation as to what I did wrong! They said my “character was suspended for violating in-game regulations.” With remaining suspension being permanent! What rule did I supposedly break or better yet, what rule did I break that would cause a permanent suspension!?! There was a member in the guild that posted a discord link for us to join and when I joined a person directly messaged me and tried to get me to download “The Walking Dead” app. When I declined, that person kicked me from the discord. I went to message the person in the guild that posted the link and received a message from the game stating “The current member is under investigation for fraud or other inappropriate conduct. Stay alert and communicate cautiously to ensure the security of your account.” and then they have the audacity to suspend my account! I have been waiting for their support to review my case for some time and have had zero response other than to tell me it was going to take some time. Meanwhile I have members in my discord waiting to see if I will be able to access my account again and that know I have done absolutely nothing wrong. I want compensation for falsely suspended my account! They get 1 star for conducting this matter poorly and unjustifiably.

Buyer beware
While the game is almost nothing like advertised, it is a fun enough time until the short adventure mode ends - then it becomes an unbalanced pay-to-win clickathon with pvp elements highly favoring those who buy their power, and allowing high level players to bully low levels. But the worst part is the bugs - my entire playthrough disappeared along with my purchases, with the developers mostly unwilling to help, and the only one that was willing to help required me to jump through hoops just to tell me I couldn’t play on the same server with my guild and friends - no valid reason was given for this. Proof of purchases were insufficient.
If you’re willing to put up with server crashes, bullied who paid their way through the game and an otherwise slow experience with developers who *wont* help you after taking your money, you will find a cute art style and a fun adventure mode that ends all too quickly, and maybe a friend or two. Go elsewhere otherwise.

Horrible Customer Service reps
I am not sure if these customer service reps, that I can access within game, are bots but they genuinely don’t try to help. I am having an issue that I have documented so many times and sent to them to look over and try to address where I’m having issues with the game. They don’t seem to care and gaslight me into thinking that there isn’t anything wrong with the game. The issue in question is the ultimate skill that individual heroes can use. In some areas the characters cool down occurs, ultimate happens and the corresponding animation occurs. Which includes a character card appearing on screen and character movement performing the move.
In some areas, the cooldown ends, nothing happens, cooldown begins again. I am told they are still in cooldown, I showed them that was in fact not true. So the fact that they are not addressing the issue I am having, and continue to ignore the issue and gaslight me is disappointing and disrespectful.

They scam you for money
DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES IN THIS GAME! I made a couple of purchases in this game shortly after ai started playing. Sad thing is they took back what I bought and without warning. I was surprised by this and reached out to the in game support for assistance. They responded claiming they had no record of me making any purchase and asked me to send them screenshots shots. They told me where in the App Store to go to get what they needed. Great, I did it and sent it over to them right away. They then told me I had not sent them the correct thing. I go and check and I had sent them exactly what they wanted. I replied back and tried again to get help. They tell me I had given them a screen shot of a purchase for something during an event. This is not correct and I get the information together and share with them the information along with more screen shots. The problem is they number everything so for instance when I bought an extra building queue that they advertise as permanent it is called Hot Sale Pack 68. I made a few other purchases and they are all called Hot Sale Pack and then a number. I got feed up sending them information. I have submitted a request with Apple for a refund as the company that makes this game just scammed me. I said something in the games chat and others confirmed they screw everyone out of their money in the same manner. I do not leaving negative reviews but this one is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Early stages: get you to invest money into the game to help you level quickly.
After you invest money they will then take away your protection from other players who throw thousands of dollars at the game. They will then pick on you and attack you and all the resources you’ve worked hard to attain.
The only way you can stop that is by purchasing shields to prevent attack. Of course they have a limited lifespan.
Don’t even bother with these kinds of lazy, boring, repetitive games.
