Horrible update
Ever since the app update I’ve been logged out several times and struggle to log back in. The new app is problematic enough to where I don’t even want to bank here anymore. It used to be so simple but they made it more complicated now I’m not sure why. Truly should have never updated the app. If it’s not broken don’t fix it…Show lessgreat app

Because you guys changed the app i no longer have access to my bank. I don't know my user ID & the app won’t send an email to sign in. Shouldn't have changed the app, there was no issues before. I’m transferring to ICCU since I already have an account there.Considering a NEW BANK
Come on!!!!! Why???? The old app was JUST FINE. Now for whatever reason my face ID doesn’t work. But beyond that WHY CANT I SEE PENDING TRANSACTIONS ANYMORE????

I’m not really sure why Clarity thought they needed a new system. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. The previous system was fast, responsive, and everything was easy to find. The new system is slow, clunky, and the UI/UX is horrible. As a 4 year member, I should have a vote on changes like this. I would have voted NO. I am considering going to Frontier down the road now. I absolutely hate hate hate this new app the formatting of it is awful and confusing 10/10 DONT recommend at all I wish they would go back to the old app that was so much easier.Great Update!
Love the new app! It’s great that I can freeze/unfreeze my cards!
