The Speedster app is very easy to navigate. If you have any gig driving experience then this app will be A piece of cake. I had an issue with with delivering an order because the address wouldn’t show correctly on my GPS ado I called customer service and received excellent step by step instructions Thank you Mike Johnson for one of the best customer service experiences that I have had so far I also had an issue with cashing out after my delivery but again Mike made sure I received my pay so my experience thus far is A+. Not a single delivery opportunity.. ever..
After weeks of waiting I realized this company is either dead or doesn’t have any active business whatsoever. I drive for other delivery apps with this app active just to see.. I drive all over Los Angeles and the valley. They ping me all the time to go online and it’s useless. I guess the company is real because I pass a speedster gas station with the same logo near echo park in la every day. But it’s no wonder I got activated on this platform so easily. Worthless!
I signed up weeks ago, got approved to work. Have had the app on every single day, but has not seen a single job. I’ve also sent messages to the speedster care department over two weeks ago and still no reply.Lance Irwin
