The slide switch to enable biometric authentication does not work.
it doesn’t make anything easy
First time using app after getting new health insurance. Every time you look for something and want to go back to your previous page it sends you to your medical ID cards. So you have to clear the app. Sign into your account again and start all over. Very frustrating 😢
When I login the app just takes me to the website. I am not able to use any of the apps functions.
Their website wasn’t designed for mobile devices very well. The app is very well done and responsive.
Tried to log in but won’t let me create an account.
