The Calm Fairies will guide you through meditations; relaxing stories; gentle yoga poses; breathing & mindfulness techniques; affirmations & fun craft activities. Whether your child feels anxious or blue about being in hospital; feels nervous before a procedure or surgery; has a phobia of needles; feels uncomfortable; has troubles falling asleep… or simply needs a magical distraction- the Calm Fairies have specific tools to meet your child’s specific needs.
