For all users - Floor plans in YOS have been updated. - The feedback button is now only visible on the home page and in the main menu. For study coaches - You can see students' extracurricular activities in their "Info" tab. For students - You can see your extracurricular activities on the "My details page". - Quicklink for the Academic Calendar has been updated to 2024-2025.

For all users - A new note type is available – Study plan. - You will be notified when a new version of the YOS mobile app is available. For study coaches - At the bottom of the notes list you will see the names of other coaches who have also written notes about your student. For students - You can start a Teams chat with your coach directly from the Study Coach widget. - Inactive schedule groups are filtered out of the list of groups you can subscribe to.

For all users: - YOS is available in dark theme! For coaches: - You can schedule coaching appointments in time slots of 90 and 120 minutes. - In your student list, you can now combine a selection of personal group with a programmes filter. - You will no longer receive notifications from students who have been deregistered. For students: - You can navigate directly to the information page of your programme via the enrolments widget on your dashboard.

For all users - When you write a note you can set up a 'Remind me at' date. You will then receive a notification that, reminds you of a follow-up action in the note. - Grades will be updated in real time. For students - A widget showing your active enrollments has been added to your Dashboard. For study coaches - A new tab 'Registrations' has been added to the student page. Here you can see student's educational registrations and upcoming test registrations.

For students: - Your NHL Stenden Outlook calendar can be added to your schedule. Activate the 'My NHL Stenden Outlook calendar' option on your schedule settings page. You will now see your Outlook appointments in your schedule where they are marked with a dark blue border on the left. - The link to the Library has been added to the Quicklinks on your dashboard.

For all users: The navigation of the maps page is improved. For studycoaches: Notes of type 'Coaching conversation' are considered as confirmation that a coaching conversation took place, without using a time slot. For students: Are you (or have you been) enrolled in multiple programs? We will now first show the information from the most recent program.

For study coaches: In the students list, you will see the study progress per student when filtering on programme. Students have the ability to schedule multiple coaching conversations, but they can only select one time slot per day. You can now receive notifications when a student writes or shares a note. For students: You can schedule multiple coaching conversations, but you can only select one time slot per day.

For all users: Maps of NHL Stenden buildings are now available under the Maps option in the main menu. Pick your location and explore the building floors to find your classroom or office. Additionally, for students: - A list of all your enrollments to programs is now available on My details page. - Facilities that have been assigned to you by a student counselor are listed visible on My details page.

For study coaches: - When writing a note, you can make the note sticky and browse student's information. - You can see students' exam history on their Info tab. - Tooltips are displayed to clarify abbreviations of grades.
