Good but could be improved
I found the app useful over the weekend although I would like to add some suggestions for next year. Firstly it’s all very well being able to favourite certain events but there didn’t seem to be any way to set a reminder say half an hour before to ensure I was in the right place at the right time- Would like to see that feature added next time. The map was helpful in pointing out where certain stands were that I wanted to visit however given the site is huge it would have been really useful to have been able to show the route to get to that stand from where I was at the time using gps. I spent slot of time wandering aimlessly about trying to find stand’s because it was sometime tricky to see where I was….an indication of where I was on the site would have been benefited. Useless when needed
It’s all well and good going to a digital format to reduce environmental impact, but only if the replacement works as well if not better than the original. The guides of previous years could always be made with recycled paper, or have other environmental considerations in order to reduce their impact, but to replace them with an app that simply fails to load anything the one weekend of the year it is needed is laughable. It is known phone signal is minimal at Ragley Hall, especially when there are over 35000 people in just a couple of acres.

Great concept but…..
The use of an app instead of using the old paper version is brilliant. Really forward thinking! Two big mistakes though. 1) The lack of advertising of the app. So many people asking where the show guides were. 2) Most phones have no data inside the game fair due to the concentration of people. This makes downloading inside the game fair very difficult, also if you closed the app and re opened it inside then the map wouldn’t work. Could this be fixed for next year by making the app completely usable with no mobile signal once downloaded?

Requires internet which was lacking at show
I setup before going to the show, then on launching the app, it insisted on updating itself internally before seeing the map again. Could not get the in app map for the entire day, logging out and back in not an option as no internet. Why do I need to login to see a map and why can’t you allow access to the map while updating in the background. A photo of the map at the show was more useful than this.

Really useful app - connection on site needs work
Went both Friday and Saturday, discovered the app in the afternoon, couldn’t download on site, but downloaded at home Friday evening, and was fantastic on Saturday!
Beats carrying the guide book on the day
App works well and like the live what’s on timetable.

Rubbish
Absolute nightmare anybody who hasn’t got a phone can’t have a map if two people have got there. They can’t use it together so your wife can’t use the app when she’s logged on your account but she hasn’t got a separate account because you bought all the tickets all this high-tech stuff doesn’t work.

Installed the app and tried to download the app and it wont download I deleted app and installed again turned phone off tried again nothing
