SelfElite is an app that encourages a growth mindset. SelfElite’s mission is to be an education tool-kit providing what is necessary for users to attain and maintain whole health wellbeing fulfillment. Advocating for the betterment of the community and society around us all.
Through backed scientific research we are addressing the best methods for accessibility and distribution as a means to combat whole health
concerns, issues, and problems. Whole health concerns not only need addressed, but the ways information is gathered, disseminated, and displayed needs to be identified to move towards a common/best practice to improve whole health care.
SelfElite utilizes an interactive Whole Health Wellness Wheel that embraces the ideology of the six dimensions of Wellness. These dimensions are the pillars to living a healthy lifestyle and achieving a determined, self-fulfilled mindset. These dimensions include Social wellness, Spiritual wellness, Emotional wellness, Financial wellness, Physical wellness and Intellectual wellness. The Whole Health Wellness Wheel tracks user progression in all these dimensions using corresponding statements that will register on the wheel via colors.
