I just purchased Bluetooth tags downloaded this app spent an hour trying to register the account, it just spins then just shows email and pass created but doesn’t allow me to continue pass that 😡Better watch faces

Not Pairing
Brand new tracker, downloaded app and created account, went to the app and tried to pair. Tracker makes a sound but the app can’t find it.Hanksterman
Doesn’t work
Straight up just doesn’t work. I put the tracker in my wallet and have tried to track it while I was holding my phone and wallet in the same hand, and it couldn’t detect it. It worked the first couple times when I first got it, but stopped working shortly after. Ended up just buying an AirTag.Lo5283729484

Im very tech savvy and can’t get this to pair. There are no trouble shooting steps outside of 2 obvious ones and no where to get support.Wendy2888
Can’t Login to Even Use It
I was initially able to create an account and pair the device, then the next time I opened the app, the device had disappeared. I tried logging back in to pair the device again but haven’t been able to login. I deleted and downloaded the app again and set a new password. When I try to login, the app just spins and then reverts back to the login screen. It’s been frustrating and I’m realizing this thing is pretty useless. I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option.Kristina557
