Rudimentary but fills an important gap
I’ve been doing meditation, emotion tracking and breathing for a few years, but something I continue to struggle with is awareness of sensations in my body.
I looked for a interoception specific app to help strengthen my insula and this was the only one I could find.
It’s very basic and has a rudimentary user interface (lots of drop down menus) to mark body sensations (the list is sometimes limited and not customizable- like my feet were tingling but that wasn’t an option) but as the only app available, I won’t complain.
It also has breathing counters that can be customized for length of inhale, exhale and hold. A food journal. A mood tracker.
This is a basic, but fantastic app, that does the job.
