The top bar, including the search bar and page titles, is now always visible on all iOS devices. Previously, it was hidden on certain models.
iOS 18 and Older Versions Compatibility:
The app now fully supports iOS 18 and older iOS versions.
Improved Permission Prompts:
We have clarified the wording for permission requests:
Permission to find devices on the local network is now more clearly requested after selecting "Connect."
When changing your avatar or adding attachments to tickets, the app now clearly asks for access to your photos.
Updated App Store Screenshot:
We have replaced the App Store screenshot to reflect the latest version of the app.
Can’t even connect to the internet it says “no connection found” my internet is connected and gets over 500 Mbps, should be connected. Sent in a ticket about it and got no response. Horrible.
