لا يعقل ان اقوم بإعادة تعيين كلمة السر لكي أستخدم تطبيقكم الفاشل من اجل ان أضطلع على خدماتكم الرديئة والمزرية والمقرفة.
يجب عليكم إعادة النظر في طلب إعادة تعيين الرقم السري كشرط لاستخدام تطبيقكم الفاشل، او سنقوم بإغلاق حسابنا لديكم.HMAK 2017

Sluggish
Consistent with what we’ve come to expect from Riyad Bank, the app is riddled with bugs and sluggish performance. While the app’s appearance has been improved, the overall functionality and user experience are still disappointing.salgha
Initial Review
The UI is really great and the design is much better than the current running app.
Quick notes for enhancement and user friendly experience:
1- Language toggle within the App is not clear where it is. I can see it at the login page. Also, even forcing native language from out side the app still not changing.
2- Cards display main page: shows primary but can customize the appearance for multiple cards.
3- Hassad Program:
Logo should be the main icon rather coupons and discounts.
Hassad button to convert points is not working.
4- Main Page
Main Page > 2nd Tab > Daily Transactions should be “Transactions - العمليات ” not “Daily or اليومية”
Main page should simple not a marketing space (Account and Balances - Bills or any 2 to 3 Categories Max). It is too much.
Customer support/ Digital Channels should be organized.
There is an edit button repeatedly appearing on every single page and it is not working.
Thanks for developers team for job well done and hope to see quick enhancement on the go.
