It’s a scam. You have to pay the $10 before checking if you can use your car. App wouldn’t pull up my car, so didn’t even use it once. Requested a refund and was denied with no explanation. Avoid this app. Scam

Same thing happened to me. It’s says it’s not compatible with the smartcar app or area. I’ve asked for refund. It keeps saying they’ll contact you. Nothing! I wouldn’t mind keeping the app if it worked for my vehicle and location. If you can’t use the app then they need to refund!
Charged money before compatibility
Charged my credit card before compatibility then wanted too much info to cancel and ask for refund!!! WTH?!?!
Don’t BUY IS A SCAM!
First off they did not let me see if my vehicle would sync with this app. They did not give any kind of trial. And my vehicle does not work with it. So I was charged $9.99. I have requested a refund and been refused.
I feel that is a scam. I will change my review if I receive a refund. But so far they refuse to give my money back. This is theft and false advertising
