This version focuses on streamlining the interface and improving the user experience. In addition to several smaller clean-ups and bug fixes, major updates include: * Remove the old "connections" feature. Having both the "connection" relationship and the "following" relationship was too complicated and confusing. * Hide the photo galleries by default, in preparation for removal in a future release. For now, you can re-enable the Photos tab to access any existing galleries - see the Advanced section on the Settings tab. * Simplify the UI for choosing a photo or video for a post * Improve the onboarding flow. The app now explains what a circle is before asking you to set up your circles on a new account. * Improve the reliability of end-to-end encryption. This release enables Matrix's "dehydrated devices" functionality to make it easier to decrypt messages that were posted while you were logged out.
