All India Jewellers and Goldsmith Federation (AIJGF) is the largest national umbrella body of associations and unions of jewellers and goldsmiths of India. Consisting of perhaps the widest network of jewellers and goldsmiths across the country, AIJGF is the most prominent facilitator and supporter of jewellery businesses. AIJGF was established in 2014 with constant efforts of renowned industry leaders like Shri Pankaj Arora, Shri Sushil Kumar Jain, Shri Manindra Soni, Shri Sagar Kesarwani, Shri Pramod Sharma and thousands of traders with the motivation and guidance of the ‘Confederation of All India Traders’ (CAIT), the topmost trader body in India. AIJGF, formerly known as the ‘CAIT Jewellers Wing’ is amongst the most respected trading communities of India. AIJGF is committed to the regular development of the industry and aims to protect the rights of jewellers and goldsmiths. AIJGF is renowned for its swift resolution of problems faced by jewellers be it because of various government policies or trade practices. Banking upon the hard-earned experience and knowledge of the senior most jewellers of the country and exuberance of the most dedicated new-age professionals, AIJGF is considered to be the loudest voice of jewellersand goldsmiths of India.
Since its foundation, AIJGF has devoted its time & efforts to the thoroughgoing upliftment of the jewellers and goldsmith community with a multi-faceted approach towards finding solutions to rising challenges in the Indian jewellery trade markets. AIJGF plays a pivotal role in interacting with Government Bodies on behalf of the Indian jewellers and goldsmith community for the implementation of new policies, securing community interests and contributing to the Indian economy by promoting fair trade practice. AIJGF since its establishment has consistently represented the needs of the industry in front of the Union Government of India and various state governments to make and implement policies to promote ‘ease of doing business.
AIJGF conducts various programs for the awareness of its members to update them with new laws and policies of the government. AIJGF constantly reaches out to its members to aid them by organising workshops to help them develop skills in competency with the global market.
AIJGF is on a mission to closely knit the micro, small, medium and large enterprises (MSME) in India for the concerned communities to make a more prosperous trade market in India. By pursuing the government to make friendlier policies, AIJGF, has helped its members and the larger community avail maximum benefits from the schemes of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME)
AIJGF is known as the face of trust and accountability in the Indian jewellers and goldsmith community and is constantly working to shield the rights of community from harassment, false allegations and misconduct of police personnel.
Besides the consistent efforts for the development of jewellers and the goldsmith community, it has also taken fair initiatives to help small goldsmiths and shopkeepers avail the Mudra Loan at the lowest interest rates so that they can excel in the trading market and earn their well-deserved place with honesty and transparency.
AIJGF is building a chain of jewellery parks in various cities of India with the affiliation of the government, securing tax benefits to the community like other industries.
