I think it is ridiculous I pay for the ads to be removed and yet they’re not. I can’t contact customer service either to get my money back or

I just started this game and yes there are a TON of ads. So I paid the $8.99 to make the ads go away and nothing. It didn’t work and I tried to contact their support team which it isn’t available to do so. So hopefully some one will read this and fix the issue.Avoid if you don’t like ads add pay for no ads
I don’t mind paying money for a game that I enjoy. But, if I give you money for no ads that’s what I should get. Paid for no ads and everything is still ads to get it. Liked what I played but if I don’t get what I pay for I won’t spend another penny on it.willelkn
Love this game….but
It’s kind of glitchy. When I want to add soldier towers or go against a boss it freezes and I have to restart the game.Idyllic_One

Honestly this is one of the better mobile games I’ve found lately. And I can see that it’s incomplete but I’m excited for the future. The bosses crash the game though but I’m sure that’ll get fixed at some point.Sir Playums
Paid for the Ads removal but not working
I paid $8.99 for removing Ads but not working. I thought it’s the APP issue so I deleted and reinstalled. It’s not working as well and I lost my data. Hope someone can give me a help or issue a refund.Shaohan Hua

Ever since I’ve unlocked the first one and selected, it freezes the game and then closes on me. This has been an issue since the first day I started playing it. Updates have not fixed the issue. If the next bug fix doesn’t correct this, I will be deleting the game.jewett3298

Keeps resetting
Great game. Lots of fun. But it keeps resetting. So you are on level 15 of 30 in a chapter and it takes away all your power ups and all the current level’s defense purchases with nuts. Very frustrating.Fred123456
Bad game
I was enjoying it a lot till I can no longer progress the waves stay at one even after I complete them and forced ads when I say no to the double rewardskronlk
