Oh boy oh boy, this has kept me entertained for far longer than I’d like to admit. It’s also made me realise I should never go to a casino. I think it’s the mix between being a game with luck/dice roll mechanics, but also having to really think about what cards have a chance to come up and also just many little things. When that last card roll does pay off and you clutch an epic card it is awesome. That it’s only between 6 and A instead of 2 and A is a godsend in that regard, the dev really must have thought about chances and making the maths behind each move easier but not too easy. Being able to add perks, spells and in the later game restrictions such as where you can place your units and how many times to re roll makes this game. I’ll admit at first I started just dishing in the middle but you want to save that for later as you have more coins to roll more and get a better hand for the middle. Just redone the hell difficulty after removing all the perks so I could get more perks in the next trial. It’s so simple but there is so much re-playability with the trials, high scores, achievements and so much more. If you like the gamble of dice rolls and tower defence games, this is the one.
