Problematic, Still….uninstall,reinstall again
Soooo….after the “lost how many number of times” of uninstall reinstall of this poorly performing app only to get the free version of this app for which I’ve paid a full subscription, which STILL may or may not open, I write again to an entity that WILL NOT respond, help nor resolve! I had seen ads for color by numbers and could not see why anyone would want to do this!
Well I know now!! I absolutely love this! I am retired and my days were becoming monotonous to say the least. Then I DL this and I was hooked 100%!

I absolutely love this App. So many pictures to choose from . I’m going to print some pictures to put in frames for my granddaughters bedroom . LOVE IT !lindiWorthing
Problematic
I paid for a subscription right off, and ran into issues right off. It’s a beautiful app which is why I paid for it. I have multiple iPads and because they connect to the cloud, it seems the free version of the app gets downloaded which prevents the paid version from opening (one of the multiple questions I’ve sent emails asking about). It seems you have to buy a subscription for each device on which you use the app. I never received a response from you but found a fix online. After about a week of use with no issues the app is back to the issue of not opening at all. I have a paid subscription so it’s quite frustrating. You charge too much for this app to have to go through these issues…especially since you don’t respond to emails. I really like the app and want to use it, It just won’t open. You can see the pictures behind the main screen-the main screen just stays-you can’t access the pictures. Please…help! Note-I’m happy to rate higher once my issue is resolved.
My second review - PLEASE….HELP…Again after another week of no issues, the same issue (app not opening completely) has returned. I shouldn’t have to keep deleting/reinstalling this app for it to work properly-IT’S A PAID SUBSCRIPTION!!! Is there any way to remove the “Free Subscription” from my profile which I think may be a contributor to the issue-Or you fix the glitch that prevents this app from opening?
