Here’s what’s new: Reservation Flow v2: - Single Layout Screen: We’ve reworked the layout screen where users select their spots. Enjoy a smoother experience with a single layout featuring drag and zoom capabilities. - Improved Spot Price Description: Get clearer and more detailed information about spot prices during the reservation process. Cancellation Process v2: - Refund to Credit Card: Users can now receive refunds directly back to their credit cards. - Custom Refund Policies: Merchants can define their own refund policies. As a starting point, Myspot also offers a general refund policy, with options for refunds to cards or as credits. - Full Refunds for Merchant Revocations: When a merchant revokes a reservation, users will receive a full refund back to their credit card. - User-Made Cancellations: Users can now cancel and manage their reservations directly through the app. Stripe Integration Adjustments: - Refunds via Stripe: We’ve integrated refunds through Stripe, making financial transactions smoother and more reliable. - We hope you enjoy the new features and improvements in Myspot v2.
