Delete the app.
My advice to anyone would be to delete the app, and just log in to Spotlight via a webpage using your phone, laptop or desk top. The mobile app is terrible, and won’t allow me to log in, despite me putting in the correct email address and password, complete and utter waste of time. But the whole website is poor, I am trying to check up on my current subscription, and it won’t even allow me to look at it, so I’ll have to call Spotlight via telephone. Phone app works fine but the iPad app shows a screen saying “Performers Access Only”. I am a spotlight performer member so this bug is annoying!Login Issues
When I first open the app, I am prompted to login, I’m then shown a ‘Spotlight Performers Access Only’ screen. The only user action I can taken then is to click the View Website CTA button. This then takes me to a webpage which I’m again prompted to log in, by nothing happens when I return to the app. I’m not sure if there is an issue with linking up entitlements as I am a member, my membership is active, so I should be able to access the app.
It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to using the app. I’ll check back again soon (??) I guess and see if this has been fixed. Then I’d be more than happy to update my review and rating.Show less
