I purchased this app via Apple Store to remove item from my video. I followed the instructions to remove object. I submitted my request to remove the object. The response is “Queued” We will notify you once the processing is complete. Come back later.
The wheel is still spinning on my computer Five hours still waiting. Called customer service. Useless.
FYI this product goes thru the vendor “Wondershare”
