This cam requires Cloud service subscription or you can’t access the video recording history, even though it has 30 days free. The PIR human detection is not activated or because there’s no cloud service? Also, the length of the camera is longer then Ring or other brands of doorbell cameras. I was trying to put it to the door clamp bracket where I usually put Ring camera, but it obviously too long to fit in.Angry Dino man
