Worth it.
Note: I am doing the beginner plan which is 3 days a week of working out in the gym along with a meal plan. As well as support and contact with Ariel quite frequently.
I have tried a lot of different fitness apps, some with super expensive monthly payments others that were cheaper or free. This has been the best fitness app by far. The app progressively loads the workouts as you do them and has a a very good visual for how to do each workout with a video. When you come to the home page you can see calories and other things.
The meal plan within this app is probably the most versatile one I have seen. Ariel can make you a meal plan that is based around your diet, and lifestyle. There are even options for paleo, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian. Food options are endless, with videos and step by step instructions on how to make it.
Definitely recommend this app and program to anyone who is interested in starting or continuing a fitness journey.
