  • Can’t get push notifications to work

    I prefer the push notifications so I’m aware of all transactions going through, god forbid my card info gets stolen. I keep turning them on and off. Please fix asap. I see someone else complained so I know it’s not just me!

  • Terrible

    Transactions take too many days to even show up and process. The notifications don’t work. The old app would notify you when transactions took place but this app doesn’t at all. It has more features but it can’t even do the basic features properly, plus most of the features don’t work to begin with. It’s trying to do too much and fails at everything. I’m assuming they just want accounts to get overcharged so they’re taking forever to show translation or put transactions through. The other app worked so much better.

  • App was updated from 1992 tech to 2002

    Was this version tested? The loading circle continuously runs when you use the app. They still don’t offer bill pay. The mobile deposit doesn’t scan the check like other banks do so you still have to enter the amount and take the pictures. Also, after the app was down for days for the upgrade when I went to the site to pay bills which I’ve done for 4 years it make me re-enroll and told me I have to wait 2 business days for approval. We had a personal business banker and when I called her she said she was retired and had no idea if she had a replacement. I called the main number and they were clueless and promised to investigate and called back but never did.
