I had a series 3 Apple Watch so it wasn’t compatible but I liked how this app read everything on the camera lens. So I literally got a new series 4 Apple Watch and it won’t work on it so I’m pretty disappointed in that. So now I’m a couple hundred dollars down plus I am paying for this app but can only use the camera function.Show less52297

Hi, The app is definitely compatible with series4, you need to enable the data permissions from the health kit. Here’s what you can do:- 1. Re-install the app (you’ll get a one click permissions popup) and you’re good to go. Or 2. Email me at ECGanalyze@gmail.com and i'll guide you. Or 3. Go to the app's settings menu and click on the Setup option for step-wise guide. Once setup, the app shall read the latest ECG data. Great to see you find all the metrics helpful.
