It’s the ads.
**update in response to the developer. You’ve made zero attempts to limit the ads. I have times where I watch an ad from exiting a window and then immediately get another ad when I try to resume a game. I literally have to watch an ad to watch an ad. And your “ad free” option is $10. No solitaire game is worth that much. I have never played a game with THIS many ads. It’s disgusting. **
It’s a great game. It has several types of solitaire and I enjoy playing it. HOWEVER, it is almost unplayable because of the ads. You pick a game mode? Ad. You need to check the rules again before you play after just watching an ad to open the game mode? Ad. You leave the app for any reason? Ad. I understand ads keep games free, but this is excessive. And they are all long ads with multiple skips. Ad starts and you skip. Then you have to close the App Store window. Then you skip again. And if you don’t hit right in that tiny little window of the “x” then you have to close the App Store again and try to hit the “x”. Rinse and repeat. It’s obscene. And if you play in airplane mode it won’t sync your stickers or your daily streak. Not to mention it’s ads for the same 2-3 games. I already refuse to play Royal match because of their ads, and now I have to watch 42 ads from them just play some solitaire. I have been playing various solitaire games through this app for a while now. I really enjoy the variety of game options from spider to freecell to pyramid to kings corner. Unfortunately the ads have become more pervasive. Specifically, they intermittently ignore sound settings at the worst times. Many of the ads are longer and more resource intensive than the app itself causing a real disruption to the experience. Despite this, I have persisted in continuing to play solitaire with this app. Until now.
I enjoy the concept of team rankings but I have not delved deeply into the feature. Today I finally caved and attempted the Facebook login. This completely broke the app. It immediately crashed and every further attempt to open the app results in subsequent crashes. I can’t get past the starting screen let alone attempt to do anything to resolve it. Any of my previous game data (although not very impressive) is not worth attempting a factory reset that may not even resolve the issue. I can no longer play so I have uninstalled. I’m a bit sad about this since I’m about to board a flight and my plan for the next half day essentially revolved around this 😂Show lessDeveloper Response

Edit 3: It’s been almost two months and I still can’t get into the game. Crashed upon loading. I miss playing Solitaire.
Edit 2: I am still having issues with game crashing. I tried all the “fixes” they emailed and still nothing. I also emailed support the issues and no reply. At this point it’s been over 3 weeks and my streaks are long gone 😭. Still won’t load even after their “bug fix”. I just want to play the game on my IOS 17. Again updated my phone and now it won’t open. I’m going to lose over 400 days of progress on some game…plus I am so close to the 365 mark for several games. If I lose my progress it’ll be done again with this game for a while. Hard blow to lose that much progress. 😢
Original post: I loved this game up until this week when the servers went down for repair. The pop up said our game progress would be saved, however the second day several of my games I didn’t play that day were gone. Then the next day games I had played still said needs syncing. Then today those are gone as well. I lost months of game progress. So not cool. Now I have no reason to play this game daily.Show lessDeveloper Response
