I got really excited when I saw that river city girls was on App Store, so I downloaded it, first it took up SOOOO MUCH SPACE, LIKE ITS INSANE, also I have to buy premium to actually play it??Lexi_Kinder101
Its a good game but…
It is a super good game, I love the characters and the 8-bit style and the storyline is pretty good too but i have beaten the boss battle 5 times and every time after I beat it, it immediately crashes and I lose my progress, which is super upsetting and I’m not sure what goes on after the boss battle because it keeps crashing im going to have to give this a 3 star because it totally has a lot of potential but just isn’t executed well.Flowergatezzz

If you’re getting “Something went wrong” when trying to sign in, you need to open Crunchyroll.com in Safari and turn off the website protections. When you go back to the game (any Crunchyroll game) you’ll be able to sign in. Simple fix, but you’ll never get any response from Crunchyroll support.

Once you get signed in, it’s a typical 80’s beat ‘em up arcade game play style. Pretty good story - it is nice that you can skip if you happen to have to re-play a section.Aviris
