Almost perfect
Looks and works great but in my opinion it's missing two features. It would be complete if it had an option to edit an existing event (eg vacation plans change) and a repeat event option (eg birthdays).

A simple app which does the job.
I would ask for a couple of improvements which would make the app more usable.
1. Allow an editing function to allow updates to your created event (such as a change of date or time to the event).
2. Allow an option to decide how you want the countdown displayed. i.e. hrs/mins/sec or yrs/weeks/day/hrs/secs etc. the only option at the moment is hrs/min/sec. I have events which are several years away so it's difficult to perceive remaining time.
I have messaged the developers a couple of times but have had no reply. Could be a 5* app.

Clean and Simple
I was looking for a countdown timer that would give reaming days before a deadline with no distractions. This app does exactly that.
Retirement countdown
Have just purchased above named app and have not been very impressed, moving from on screen to another takes a lot of tapping the screen on my phone, it is not slick and cans be very frustrating. Or is this a clever way of keeping me occupied till my retirement comes

This app does what it says and is a great way to check how long ur event is going to be. Just a few improvements should be made like the app goes off when u press on it and it takes a couple of minutes to come back on but other than that the app is amazing and people should download it NOW
Widgets need to be added
I see the potential for this app but add a widget and I will raise to 5.π¦
An Hour Off, But Still Great
Don't know what everyone else sees, but the countdown is exactly an hour off for me. Maybe an iOS 8 thing, maybe a DST thing, but whatever. When you're counting down to an event months away, one hour isn't the point. The point is getting a sense of it, seeing the clock move, enjoying the excitement of whatever event lies down the road, and at that, this apps excels, elegantly with a clean interface and cross-device syncing with iCloud.
