Would not recommend
Had Daman insurance through my employer in Dubai, and my experience with them was poor. Denied approvals for no good reason, approved them after complaining. Customer service was poor, arrogant and non-caring.

Very slow and unresponsive! I don’t recommend at all please avoid it at all cost
WASTE OF TIME
This is the worst app I’ve ever used, so many glitches, unable to even book an appointment or look up a specialist. The “help” feature doesn’t even work and when you can get in contact with them by phone they can’t even help. One of my insurance claims were also declined for absolutely no logical reason and my doctor said it’s not okay but there’s nothing more she can do.

Easy and intuitive
It’s a brilliant app which is easy to navigate and fills with most important information to make insurance related stuff easier to understand and claim
