I could leave this app open all day and never get anything to load. Very frustrating. I just end up going to Amazon to order. I completely missed all of the Valentine’s tumbler’s because if this issue. Very frustrating. While I LOVE the product, I am not a fan of the app.BeccaLouWhooo

Love the cups! Not the app
Love the cups and other products Simple Modern puts out! However, I’ve tried using this app for two days and it’s useless. I tried signing into my account, only for it to tell me my information is wrong. I go to my browser, my login works fine. Definitely some kinks to work outGracie Landes
Trekmas
I have purchased many cups through Simple Modern. Trekmas on the app was not easy to use and find. The website kept routing you to the app. When Trekmas finally popped up the cups were sold out the first day. The second day it wouldn’t process three cards I entered. I had to use Apple Pay. I was also unable to use a $20 credit that I had received for a defective Fall Collection cup. I have been waiting for cute holiday cups and this is a disappointment that it is so difficult to do.jdcml
