Easier than the website
The app is easier to use than the website when booking appointments. However, a couple of suggestions for improving it. 1. Please add a buzz cut as one of the options for men’s hair (this isn’t on the website either). 2. please change it so that the service does not have to be added to the shopping basket before we have to choose a date and time. If there isn’t a suitable date and time for the appointment, then we have to go into the shopping basket and remove the item. Would make more sense to put the item in the shopping basket at the end.

App could be useful
However I’ve been unable to log in despite being registered. When I click reset password it emails me a code but then there isn’t an option to enter the code so I am unable to view my Regis rewards. Any assistance to rectify this would be appreciated!
