Lagging
The only problem with this app is that it is very laggy
Crazy slow!
The app is horrible. It takes forever to load the photos, which is really annoying. I used to shop a lot on W Concept but haven’t bought much due to this lagging app.
I cannot open the app...
I don't know why the app does not open. It's just says sorry try again. I do not know what the issue is here.
Turns blank after the latest update
I’ve been using this for years but mostly on computer. After the latest update this app stop working. Now when I open it there would just be a blank screen with nothing on it. Please fix it
Don’t use
The app deletes reviews on items and then puts up fake reviews saying the exact opposite. Frauds!
Picture not loading on UI
I was very excited that W Concept finally launches their app, but the user experience on the app could be better. I’ve been having issues with pictures not loading on pages, every time I search something, the results return with no pictures, and I had to go into individual products to see what it looks like, it’s time consuming and I ended up still going back to the browser option to shop. It’s been like that since I downloaded it a few weeks ago and I’ve tried to reinstall it and it’s still like that. Not sure if there’s any bug but hope it can be resolved soon.

Amazing contents and interface
The interface is sleek, intuitive, and user-friendly. Also, I was delighted to find a wide array of trendy fashion items. Placing an order was quick as well. CS team is supportive!
