Love/Hate

I love the game and the features it has, but I just can’t stand when the game tells me I have no internet even though I have a really good connection 😭 as well as that, playing the game immediately overheats my phone for some reason and keeps crashing me out of the game.

If this situation was to be fixed I’d definitely be more than happy to give it 5 stars.

it’d be more fun if it actually worked the first time

I’ve played this game for a few months now, and I have to say it’s rather addicting. I like that you can progress even when you aren’t actually in game, which is good for someone with a busy schedule like I have, but whenever I do actually try to play it, it never works properly the first time I open up the app. It’ll work for maybe a few seconds before saying I have a poor connection, lagging until it’s unplayable, then crashing my game. Mind you, I play on a device that runs Genshin Impact perfectly fine. It takes at least ten crashes before I can properly play the game, and even then, sometimes it’ll just show that my connection is poor and lag my game when my connection is working just fine. I love this game, I really do, but when it takes me 10 minutes to even properly boot up the game, it gets infuriating.

Keeps on crashing

The game overheats my phone after 10mins in. Then it keeps on crashing randomly and stuck on connection error.

Optimization

This game is enjoyable for a while before it all comes crashing down and you can hardly see anything. The amount of lag you experience is astounding, I assume it is poorly optimized but who knows. Another issue it causes my phone to heat up to a crazy temperature!

For iPhone13 horrible lag

This game suffers from serious horrible performance lag for iPhone13. It gets worse with each patch and is exacerbated if you are viewing ads to get you daily free stuff.

Not what I had come to expect from Com2US (summoners war and chronicles) quality wise

Fun but game keeps crashing.

Game is fun and addicting for sure but it freezes and crashes when you try to collect rewards at times. Happening pretty often to a point where I give up and close the game for the day.
