Can you please share your user ID with us so we can investigate it internally and fix this issue?I’ve been a valued customer and I’ve been waiting patiently for 2 months now for new levels if they don’t come soon I may delete the game. I check back every day and nothing it’s almost impossible to merge without the extra lightning u get from upgrading. Atleast have mini games or mini levels to upgrade like other games do it’s my fav game but I may be forced to find a new game if no new levels become available

Thank you for this feedback! We have just recently released a new feature called "All-Stars Festival". This is a limited time tournament especially for users who reached the end of content. It is not instead of new levels of course, as we are still working hard on new and exciting content. When will you be updating more levels

I come back the next day and it’s all gone so that energy little hundred coins that I got. was wasted and now I have nothing to work with because I’ve done finished the ship as far as it’ll let me go so there’s no way for me to get more coins so please update your game

Can you please share with us your user ID and device so we can check it internally and fix this?pls update it soon. i always come back to some of my items being gone after i’ve already merged them. it just seems like im wasting energy after already having it there and then it disappears. hopefully that bug is fixed in the new update

I’ve fulfilled orders only to not get credit after wasting tons of energy. I just finished the last event and got a magic stone only for it to disappear. I would not spend money on this game until they get it together.

Now I have to still wait this game was fun but now not so much.

We are very sorry you fill frustrated, but other then the new levels added, we already had to fix some other bugs and changed the content (please let us know what you think about the new content).
