Fake reviews
Do not be fooled by 5 star reviews, they sent a promo code out that required you to show a screenshot of a 5 star review to get free answers, it doesnβt work. Answers are also very basic and doesnβt give good insight, half of the answers are even wrong. Use it at your own risk but there are MUCH better options out there.

Dislike the architecture of this app
Why not allow, using your resources, a free trial for users to experience. Users just have to buy and hope for the best, just hoping your services will be successful.
Lack of email response
They donβt respond to email and charge even after you canceled subscription from the web.
