I have never done excise my whole life I am 43. I started following ready girl via YouTube and was able to start a routine and love it so much that I move to the application. This works for me for many reasons I been working out during my lunch hour I worked from home and doing this I can do my self are daily there is no commute time to a gym where usually here in Idaho there is no trainers unless you hired one. I live in a rural place. I enjoyed experience different routines in the app daily and joining the weights exercise that as well never in my life will tough I will enjoy. I love the fact of warm up, the routine combination and time to stretch at the end. Totally worth it!
Los ejercicios y las instructoras son buenos pero deberían de mejorar su aplicación es un poco frustrante no poder conectar tu teléfono a tu televisor y tener q usar una tercera aplicación el precio es considerable para q mejoren su aplicación

I’ve been training with Ready girl for more than a year and if I knew about them, I would have started years ago! They have enjoyable but challenging workouts and the app works great! You can communicate with your coach using the chat feature and broadcast every class to your tv. You can also synchronize your sports watch and keep track of your progress!
