This app need big update it’s so slow to respond . very big name but what a shame

App will not refresh, you have to log out and back in if you want a refresh.
Scheduling is just as bad. Set a schedule save it and then log out and in to check if it’s saved it’s 50/50 at best if it has saved it.
For a Brand name like Duracell, it’s very poor.
Hoping for a sizable update soon so functionality is improved.

Random number generator
Seems to generate crazy numbers or values that are not in synch with each other. Spoils the appreciation of the actual hardware product and brings performance into doubt
Not fit for purpose!
This app does not deliver and doesn’t reflect the high level of investment that households put into solar panels. We have had nothing but issues with this app. I throws out random data that can’t possibly be accurate, when scheduling charging and discharges its hit and miss if it applies the times or not and it is not well thought out.
When scheduling, ‘Duration’ is the length of time and not the end time, this is not clear.
It isn’t responsive enough to be useful, for example, we had several power cuts one morning, so I tried to charge the battery that afternoon to ensure it was ready for another, but it would not stop charging all evening, and then randomly discharged at 3am the next morning.
In addition to this, it requires constant re-signing in to obtain an update, otherwise it just makes up numbers. I am giving one star because it won’t allow me to put zero. Come on Duracell, get your act together!!

Poor user experience
1 App is certainly not a live monitor. You constantly have to press the refresh or kill it and start again.
2. Set Power cut” mode then switched it off. Mode is still on.
3. Setting a schedule had absolutely no effect
4. EV section not working with me unable to charge my car from the charger.

Inconsistent App
This app needs updating- it does not show reliable information and the scheduling page to charge and discharge the batteries when needed simply does not work.
Good simple app easy to use.
No issues for me it’s a simple easy to use app couldn’t fault it if I want super accurate live readings I look at inverter.
Not actually a “Live Usage Monitor”
This app only updates every 6 minutes and the data is not very consistent with the actual usage. Sometimes the app shows 0W house load when electricity is being used and sometimes it shows large amounts of energy being used when nothing is switched on!
UPDATE - After being installed for 1 week, the app shows the battery sitting at 100%, still being fed by the solar panels and the house load is being taken from the grid. This app is not fit for purpose.

Embarrassingly bad app
Awful app. Set up has taken 2 weeks since our system was installed. App doesn’t update in a timely manner and so is nearly useless, and it gives me literally zero control over my system. If I want to change anything it has to go through Duracell. Laughable. Wish I’d seen the rating for this app before going ahead with the Duracell options for my system as doesn't meet my requirements at all.

Inconsistent monitoring
Since we had our solar panels and battery installed, the Duracell Energy app has proved to be very inconsistent in showing accurate readings in live time. Sometimes there are gaps of missing information for hours which isn’t at all helpful.
Please could the app be made more reliable?
