App seems to have error of not connecting to internet
Unable to add cases
This app does not work. I have literally been trying to add a case to it for a week now and all I keep getting is an error stating.. “Oops! It seems we’re having trouble connecting to the internet or the USCIS website is down.”
I know my internet isn’t the problem and I’m certain the USCIS website isn’t down.

Horrible system/communication
Uscis the app online services are the worst would not ever recommend anyone they are the worst ever how you stated case not confirmed with no explanation as of to why my case is not confirmed horrible experience do not download the app it a waste of time and waste of mg using it slow down your phone for no reason

This app is the best if you have a case with USCIS. It gives updates on real time and also synchronizes every time you open the app. I love the app rather than signing in on the USCIS website every time you want to check your status updates
