Doesn’t work

I downloaded the app. When I opened it, it only goes mid way of the opening page. Doesn’t allow to scroll next or open the app fully. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it still not working.

App won’t respond

Downloaded the app but it doesn’t respond nor totally fit on the iPad screen. I missed out on the promotion due to this I do believe so I’ll probably just delete as these apps are a dime a dozen these days and with no response from developer, who seems to mainly only reply to positive reviews.

Free Lifetime Offer Not Honored

Yesterday (11/6) there was a promotion through AppAdvice to get a lifetime subscription free. All you had to do was download the app, onboard and select the promotion.
But unfortunately, that didn’t work, and the screens stop advancing immediately, so the option wasn’t available. Tried it on both my iPhone and iPad with up-to-date iOS. Tried contacting Kyle through support link, but that just linked to the privacy policy. So I hope I can get some help here!
