Great Customer Service
I was unable to access my app. The number was provided on the app to call for help.
Lisa was the one to answer my call. I just can’t say enough about how patient and genuinely kind, caring she was toward me. I’m hearing impaired and we first attempted to use my laptop so I could remain on my phone. After being unable to go forward with the laptop, I had to put my phone on speaker and recover it that way. She led me through each step, slowly and surely. I had an innate tendency to feel badly about how much of her time I was taking, however she didn’t make me feel that way at all! There are times when ppl help you bc it’s their job and they have to, and there are times when ppl help you bc it’s their job and they’re GLAD TO!! I am assuming you already know this about Lisa, but I just really want to say that you’re fortunate to have her as a person who deals with your customers. She was always helpful, always patient, always professional, and never condescending. Thank you for the great customer service!!

The new app is 100% better than the old app. Much easier to use, see account info, pay bills. Thank you for making my life easier.
