Direct messaging filter but loophole

I was setting this up to use and was excited to see the options of filtering access to managers. But there is a loophole. I understand the functionality of allowing messaging of your entire team. But the option to limit or block messaging in the Everyone Group chat to me is a loop hole in allowing Co-Workers to message another Co-Worker even if it will be seen by everyone. Please look into an update to limit or block messaging within this chat. Would be an absolute slam-dunk if that functionality existed

Excellent App!

Found this app as an alternative to Crew. It’s almost identical. The only thing it needs is to have an actual calendar view option rather than having to scroll over all the days to find a specific day that you’re looking for. That’s the most important issue for me personally. I also wish it had the kudos leaderboard that Crew had. Sometimes there is a delay when there’s a new notification, you have to keep pulling down to refresh until it will appear. Other than that it’s an awesome app. I love having this for our team communication!

Iffy

I am very iffy with this app. As of now, I don’t like it. It closed me out of my account for no reason and won’t allow me to join back. I put in my phone number that’s associated with the account. And it’s saying that it’s invalid. I know that is a lie…I really need to get back into my account…I don’t like this at all…it just randomly closed me out for no reason. I was just on the app and when I went to go back in, it closed me out.

I’m going to struggle explaining…
I find myself missing messages while in one group chat. ( I’m in only 4) If we leave the app in that chat also, it’s awkward to see that there were important chats going on in other chat groups. Flipping from one group chat to the other is slow-reacting and truly can mean jobs lost. Awkward placement maybe(?) More-clear notifications within would be helpful:)

It works but could be improved.

It works but having everything including availability improved seems a little over done. If employees are given the option for availability managers shouldn’t have to approve everyone. When companies have more than 10 people having to constantly check in with every employee individually.

If you liked crew or simplistic business app as a GM or a DM. This is for you. $25 a month I would say is a little hefty but to be able to communicate with your team or different stores or different managers, this is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations.

This is an app for Wendy’s communications
It works well and nice way to see the schedule. It a quick way to get in touch with managers also. Much quicker than the phone calls.

This app really has been a godsend.

The ease of scheduling / adjustments on the fly and overall company communication has made my job as manager SO much easier and productive!

The icing on the cake though is that the developers are constantly taking my suggestions for improvements to make the app even better and implementing them quickly.

Suggestions

The Breakroom app is 80% similar to the Crew app. We are grateful to switch our team to Breakroom instead of Square. If there is an easy way to create a new chat, it would be great! We could scroll and select an employee after clicking the “+” button but if we could start a new conversation through “Team” it would make it much easier. For the scheduling function, it would be great if we could upload a “PDF” file!

Easy to use and great functionality!

We started using Breakroom a few months ago and it’s been amazing for our team. Super easy to schedule shifts and also we can communicate with one another every day seamlessly!
