Thanks for your feedback! ChatInbox navigates users to Microsoft site for authentication. It looks like Microsoft is asking for MS authenticator for multi-factor authentication. The account issue is not directly related to ChatInbox. Please feel free to reach out to "admin@innovatism.app" for any questions or suggestions.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're thrilled that you're finding our app useful for organizing your emails. Regarding the issue with spam and trash folders not syncing, this was initially designed to save local storage space. However, we understand that this might be confusing, as some users expect access to these folders. To address this, we'll be adding an option to include spam and trash messages in the sync, based on user preference. As for the issue with Gmail labels and folders, we do support custom labels and folders, but a bug is preventing them from displaying correctly after the initial sync. We're working on fixing this and both updates should be available within a week. Thanks again for your support!

Are these nit-picky? Sure - they may not be important to anyone else. And, as I mentioned, maybe this is user-error. Just figured I'd get these out there.
Lastly, and this isn't app-related, the website is incomplete - the TEAM and FAQ sections still show the placeholder content.
I'll be keeping my eyes on the app and will happily give it another go if these items are addressed.

I’d pay for the premium if these fixes were made. Especially attaching an image, not being able to do that is a deal breaker for me.
