I’ve loved this app for the last few months of the tour, but now I’m having a ton of issues with bugs. It kept force closing constantly. Every time I opened it. I’ve tried to delete and redownload it multiple times which has not helped. Now, the app won’t open beyond the “checking for updates” loading screen. I’ve let it load for nearly 10 minutes with no change. I’m really sad because I enjoy the app and like having it as a resource, especially now that the tour is back on, but since I can’t even open it, I can’t use it :(

I just downloaded last night and got all the notification for the eras. However, I checked my swiftball submissions half way through the show and I had gotten quite a few right. I went to check them again this morning and it says I did not submit anything. I had everything right except for the surprise songs and the 1989 set and am so disappointed that it disappeared :(

It’s so good but idk what’s going on with the quizzes, I tried to do a lyric quiz and it wouldn’t go to the next question after I answered? So that’s all but I really do love this app, and I don’t really like how you have to pay, i get it, you guys have to make money, but it doesn’t really have a purpose if you don’t have the all access thing, witch cost money, it’s only 2 bucks so it’s worth it, but a minor inconvenience, anyway, a very creative idea and an app that all swifties need

I love this app sm! It’s so cute and simple and easy to work! I love that I can see all the major Taylor related posts. It’s really nice since I don’t have social media and still wanna know abt their posts especially Taylor and Taylor Nation. One thing and one thing only.. it’s that when I take the quizzes I get one question right and then I can’t get to the next one. Not sure why if anyone else is having or had this problem but oh well. Anyways I love this app sm and it’s the best🫶🏼 So excited for the tour to start again and to clown 4 Rep TV🤡 Love all you swifties more than you know and especially the swifties who created this❤️ YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST

I love this app! Bought the premium as soon as it was announced and after a few kinks got worked out, it’s now a well-oiled machine with notifications beyond surprise songs and into major news events, merch drops, and games the app creates. It’s so much fun— I’m not someone who spends money on apps, ever, but this was cheap and an incredible value for the price. Thanks, Swiftalert, for the great app but also the prompt customer service, even in the first few days when I know it was chaos 🥹🫶🏼

It has quiz’s, and if you charge $1 (one time charge only) then you can keep track of the surprise songs every night, watch live performances, etc, you also get to see the dates for every show, 10/10 recommend !!
i LOVE this app sooo much! you can learn so much about taylor and see all her posts!! but if your not a swiftie, taylor swift fan, or a person who wants to start becoming a taylor swift fan, than i wouldn’t recommend this app. there are livestream links so you can watch the eras tour!! you can even pick what era you want a notification for when she is on tour!! the app is great premium or without, but you’ll get the best experience with premium. (premium is only 3 dollars, and you’ll never have to pay again!!)
I love this app so much! It is well worth the premium lifetime fee! I play Swiftball (iykyk) and have an upcoming show and need to see which songs haven’t been played so I love being able to sort/hide played songs. I also really appreciate being able to turn on alerts for when Taylor starts and getting notified when different eras begin. I have a go-to streamer on TikTok but it’s helpful to have the other platform streams listed for easy access in case my go-to gets booted. The quizzes are fun and I love being able to see the calendar for upcoming shows. I’ve also really appreciated the alerts for notifications for critical Taylor updates - this app notified me when the Eras Tour Movie was announced as coming available to rent and when the Black Friday merch sale started! I found those updates to be super helpful! I also think it’s so fun to be alerted to new outfits during the eras tour - that is key info for Swifties! This app truly makes my Swiftie heart happy and is sooo helpful! Keep up the great work!! 💚💛💜❤️🩵🖤🩷🩶🧡💙
