Disappointed
Well. I downloaded this app right before it blew up on TikTok. Super excited to keep updated with Taylor alerts as I live in a different time zone and it’s hard to keep looking at a livestream. But like all apps the second it becomes famous you have got to start paying for it. Opened to app to learn that all the alerts are now premium. Anyone can look up livestreams or look at taylor nation/taylors account. So sad.A thankful fan 1234521

This app was great when I first got it. It worked for the first night of this leg of tour and I could get notifications when Taylor got on stage and when the surprise songs were going to start. I like the idea of this app a lot. I went to look at the app and now I have to pay for it. It was originally a free app for people to use to interact with the tour more instead if just guessing when to find a live steam to watch because of time zones. Now when you go on the app they’re making you pay for a premium subscription in order to select the notifications you want. They shouldn’t make you pay for something that is the whole reason the app was created. There’s so many features they added to the app in the last day that you now have to pay for. The people who made this app just want money and don’t care about real fans and the reason they made the app in the first place. I guess I can’t use the app anymore for its intended purpose since it’s not free anymore…Celias BFFTWE
Very Disappointed!
I thought this app was really cute! Until they required you to pay a subscription for tour updates and other features. I first downloaded the app for the updates and was disappointed to see a subscription added to get them. I immediately deleted the app when that happened and I was very disappointed.Abigail P :)

I understand the time tess has to put into making this for everyone. I have to admit though the update has a premium option its only limiting things like notifications which tess has to input if you watch her lives. The $1.99 is worth it if it's something you wantKenzie_leigh6813

This app is perfect for swifties who don’t want to wait on grainy, glitchy livestreams for suprise songs or a certain era. It updates you on everything you need to know and has so many amazing features! The layout is so cute and the app is amazing!D rock Derek stein
Very Useful
I’ve seen the eras tour a million times, and i am a very busy person , but sometimes taylor changes outfits and of course i wanna see the surprise songs because that’s always different too. So having the option of like turning a notification on that surprise songs are about to start, and them notifying you each time there’s an outfit change is really nice. They have really cute little phrases for each notification that are themed around the album or song for which era you got the notifications for during the show, and i also really appreciate being able to see which songs have or have not been played as a surprise song yet, cause it’s too hard to keep up with that on my own. The layout of the app is really cute , however there’s an issue where i can’t see the bottom of the quiz to continue to the next question unless i change my font size of my phone to the smallest and that was kind of frustrating. Also, it could be cool if we get a notification for if she changes a note or if it tells us what other celebrities are in attendance. Over all pretty cool, and i think the 1.99 $ is worth it because it’s obviously fan run and they should be able to have compensation for helping us this much. Really recommend it._.liaa
Worth Premium!
This app is definitely worth the premium subscription. $2 gets you lifetime access to alerts, the surprise song tracker, quizzes, etc. You can tell how much thought went into making this app for Swifties! 🫶🏻CalVolleyball
STOP CAPITALIZING OFF SWIFTIES
why is it that right after the app is released you have to create a “premium” version that includes features that were available for free before this??? the only reason i downloaded this app was for the surprise song tracker and the notifications! i would rather track the songs myself than pay an unnecessary fee. this was supposed to be a free option for swifties who cant afford even the worst seat at the eras tour. but yall turn every good thing into a way to exploit people and make more money.disappointedswiftie

We have to pay out developers, and we can't do that with a free app. We hope you'll find some value in the free features: show calendar with automatic time zone adjustments, a newsfeed consolidating popular fan accounts, a variety of quizzes, nightly links to livestreams and other resources, and alerts for big events like merch drops or album announcementsHave to purchase features that were once free!
The use of the app is fun and helpful but just overnight the developer is now charging to receive alerts. It’s unfortunate.vhridd
