  • Had to delete and register again my NVRs after upgrading my iPhone to iOS 18

    Upgraded my iPhone to iOS 17.7 and then immediately to iOS 18.0. After doing so I could no longer connect to my two I-Pro NVRs and see my cameras. After some troubleshooting I deleted my NVRs and went through the registration process again for each NVR. Everything is now working fine again - a great app. Had the same issue on my iPad when upgrading to iPadOS 17.7.

  • Does not work with iOS 18

    Upgraded my iPhone to iOS 18.0. Now I can no longer connect to my NVR and see my cameras.

  • Don’t use Ver 7

    as noted on some other reviews It’s useless in playback mode. After hitting search there are spin dials to select date and time. there is a time slider bar that seems uncorralated to the video. These then cover controls like rewind or fast forward, pause and save.

    The latest update has fixed the issues with connectivity to the NV300 and the app now works well

  • This App is going backwards

    Time on the record search button doesn’t show am or pm just two lots of a 12 hour clock

    Very hard to calculate what your looking for

    When you capture an image the confirmation message it’s now coming in Korean or Japanese

    Come in guys sort the S%}t out pleas

  • App no longer works since last update

    Can only view the cameras but cannot FF or RW, Date search, Time search etc. useless app now.

  • Time selection out of sync

    When I updated to the newest version in Nov 2020 the time selection for playback is out off alignment. The scrolls do not align with the times that are being set. Seems they are off by 10. 0800 is 1800. You need to ignore the numbers on the scrolls and just look at what is being set for what will be sent to recorder for retrieval. And when using iPhone the AM and PM selectors don’t show up in portrait mode. You need to turn phone to see all 4 options. That took a while to figure out. Better testing and documentation is needed to make this app more useable.

  • Steadily improving

    When I first bought the camera (WV-S6130) in 2018, it required 32 bit Internet Explorer to configure, and the app only provided the basic functions. Now I can use Safari on Mac and the app is much more useful. The latest update (5.1) is even better, except for the video recording function is not working. As usual Panasonic does not accept suggestions from end users, hopefully their developers will read the reviews here.

  • It works on my iPhone iOS 13.5.1!

    I have nine WV-S2110 Panasonic cameras and all work flawlessly with this app. I will for few more months before giving 5 stars! So far so good!
  • No iOS 13

    It’s app currently does not work on iOS 13 please update app to make it usable please.
