It has been weeks and I still haven’t received my scores on my PSAT/MSATScore my test

If you tested between October 2-15, your scores will be posted in the app today (November 6). If you took the test between October 16-31, your scores will be posted in the app on November 16.Doesn't stay logged in
One of the main points of this app is to notify you when test scores are released, but every time I open it, it requires me to sign in again, so it's hard to believe that the push notifications will work.Smallpepperz

Did you use the mobile number you provided when taking the digital PSAT/NMSQT this October? That's the account info you'll use to access the app - not your College Board account.Logging in
Ui is completely broken you have to hold to enter a tap text box and 99% of the time you can’t exit the keyboard. I’m unable to get further than sms verification from thisOaishia
I cant log in
I have already provided my nimber into my college board account but when I try to log in on the app it says that my phone number is not valid. It says the same thing when I try and use my recovery email.sentimental coconut

Hi - did you take the PSAT/NMSQT and provide your mobile phone number/recovery email when signing up for that test? If you did and you are still having issues, please contact customer service (cb.org/contact). If you did not take the PSAT/NMSQT, you will not be able to access this app.The first

The app won’t let me sign into the app and I do have an account on big future though I haven’t taken the PSAT/NMSQT because my school down offer it for me yetMalcom543
