I smelled a few scents that my sister bought and read the scent notes. I feel like they are so accurate and I have a pretty heightened sense of smell, I guess… I’m also pretty particular about scents. What I’ve smelled so far has been very satisfying! I bought Powdery Tobacco for my husband for Xmas and he really likes it and I love it!!! The smell brought back a very cozy childhood memory and I love it on him!Show less2girlsvs1mommy

Every time I try to see my order details a pop up gets in the way!!!! The “X” button for both is overlapping so to close the pop up you also have to close the order details!! I’m not able to get my tracking information because of this!!!Zozo N.... Jacls

Thanks a ton for pointing this out! The issue has been fixed in the latest version of the app.Very frustrating experience
This is my 4th purchase and I ordered 5 scents this time.
I did not realize they automatically had the dossier+ (a monthly subscription that is absolutely not in my budget).
Ok maybe that’s my bad for not catching the scam..
BUT I have tried about 30 times to unsubscribe from dossier+ both on their website and on the app. Every time I get an error message reading try again.
I have emailed numerous times over a week with NO response.
I will not be purchasing dossier products again.
TLDR Buyer beware of inability to cancel the dossier+ subscription and non existent customer service/zero email response.Show lessNorita6777
