I purchased the power failure alarm device so that I would receive notification if my freezer lost power. Today the breaker tripped, the device alarmed, but I did not receive a notification on my phone. I checked the notifications settings and everything appears to be set correctly. The alarm shows up in the message center, but no notifications.

Idle time alarm timeout is maximum 999 seconds
One of the primary reasons that I bought this device is to know if the pump hasn't run in the past 24 hours. Unfortunately the pump idle time alarm has a maximum of 999 seconds which is less than 17 minutes, quite useless. I need for it to go to 86400 seconds in order to alert me to not running in a 24 hour period. Update: The developer responded to this review stating that they will increase the limit to 86400 seconds in a future version.

Update took away zone pics
Seems to work fine for the past 3 months… but the latest update took away the pics for each zone and you can’t rename the zones…. Stupid. Give us the option to name them and put the pics back

We have fixed the issue of photos not being displayed in version 1.5 and have adopted your suggestion. App users can leave comments for each area, and you can update the app to the latest version.
