  • Pretty good

    It’s a helpful tool to operate vacation rental business while on the go. I’m not sure why they have 2 apps as the white version has some features and this blue version has other features. I find the calendar helpful for BLUE but off a day for WHITE.

    WHITE is good to process reservations but BLUE can’t. No idea what’s up… but it’s a powerful pocket app.
  • Don’t trust this app

    Quite possibly the worst app ever!

    Don’t trust the calendar, the dates are incorrect. When I reached out to customer service they were flippant saying they couldn’t recreate the issue on their end. told me to close/reopen the app, then to uninstall and re-install the app. I downloaded the app on 3 different mobile devices and the calendar was wrong on all three!
    Several of the buttons inside the app are not functioning, I cannot block out dates or create reservations from the app.
    They should be embarrassed to have the app live, it is not ready for the public!
    Happy to write another review if they actually fix it!
  • Not good - go to a competitor

    Took a recommendation from a friend to try Guesty lite on 1 of my 5 properties as a test to see if I like self management better then what evolve can do on a very limited basis. 25 emails later, no human contact, zero support, zero single point of contact, a “meeting” that is set in 3 weeks, and everyone asking via email - “can I help, how is your experience” but no actual people or help. Only meeting this far was with a sales girl from Australia to try and sell me Guesty pro. Not helpful, and other then a cool accent it was a waste of my time. So utterly disappointed I though I had found my long term solution now figuring out how to stop the air bnb feed (vrbo feed never worked and all the “support” emails, you tube videos, and online searches turned up nothing relevant or useful). It seems like a shell of a broken tech company. I’d move on…
  • Great app!

    So far this app has been very helpful in simplifying my property management. If you only have a few but they are listed on multiple platforms, this will be a great way to keep them organized & prevent overbooking.
  • Terrible Service

    App had all dates wrong. When addressed with Guesty there was no resolution. Good luck getting ahold of any customer service. Was a sub par experience for cost of service.
  • Do not use this company

    The app has so many problems it’s hard to even list all of them. A couple extremely simple ones are the calendar is displayed incorrectly, so all of the dates are days off. Some bookings reverse the date. Notifications don’t direct you to any information, or how to fix it. The devs don’t respond, the customer support staff is beyond slow, and the only team that responds is the sales team. Avoid this. Trust me. After having to figure this app out, it still fails me, every day.
  • Unreliable and poor support.

    The app rarely works for messaging with messages coming in super late and others not at all.

    The calendar doesn’t show all reservations. Forwarded a screenshot with bugs and they would regularly not have a clue what was wrong or would say it wasn’t a but even though it wasn’t working.

    The worst is support. I probably would have head a bit of patience if they had better support but it was abysmal! Email only and rarely had an answer that solved the problem. They just mail links to documentation that doesn’t work.
